Today I shall just give a personal recount of all the things that have happened today. No wait, or should I give a detailed analysis of all the characters I have met in my JC life so far??? Hmm... the latter sounds more appealing.... and so it shall be.
1. OGLs It's great having an OGL who happens to be your house captain, because then you'll be updated about all the current affairs going on in the house and PLUS you'll be really super enthusiastic over all house matters.
On the other hand, the female counterpart of our two OGLs is coincidentally not from my house.... Which is really weird... and really strange for some reason.... because... it's just so.... mismatched.
Anyway, our male OGL is really enthu and he even has a fan club of his own, thanks to the publicity bestowed upon him by the red orb-ed fruit/vegetable that I personally hate to eat.
Our female OGL, although not from our house, is really spontaneous and dare I say it, a true shutter-bug. I don't think I've ever caught her a moment during our orientation without her camera in stand-by mode, always waiting to press that little silver button to capture events that expose us all to ridicule.
2. My OG mates (Guys)
Ok... Basically I don't think any other guys from any other OG in the school can replace those in my OG.
I "love" the guys in my OG and even though some are not always physically there we are still bonded in spirit and that is what matters the most.
Being deprived of any interaction with the opposite sex for 4 years I had heard "stories" about the guys and stereotypes about what they would be like...
Although some part of the stories were somewhat true, I found that they're really friendly and they're really straightforward, like they really just speak their mind. Which is really cool, since girls don't do that a lot....
And one thing I've realised over this first month is that we think very very very differently. Good or bad I have no idea BUT.... nvm...
3. OG Mates (Girls) LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!! So happy to see familar faces! So happy to see new faces!
I don't have much to say for the girls except that I'm really happy there are such wonderful people here in my OG!
I love all the people in my OG and as one of my fellow OG mates once said, "the OG takes precedence over everything else. CCA, Class or well... any other thing"
I really hope that everyone will stay together for these two years at least... And i still hope that we will still be celebrating each other's birthdays and meet up at 6.45am everyday at the lodge....
I don't want these to become memories. That way, they will never stop happening.
