Ok, i haven't exactly been the most active one around, but since its a new year and all, i shall get off to a new start. Since i'm in a new class with everyone different now, im going to talk about how things have been so far for me.
Well, first off im in a new class, and my class is a mixed one, with 3/4 of the class taking Triple science and Literature, and the rest taking double humanities and double science. So although we see each other for Mathematics and stuff like that, we don't see each other for a lot of the time, since Humanties and Sciences take up a lot of blocks. People think that mixed classes are not bonded. But it seems that we are getting along quite well! We have already come up with a class anthem already. Of course we have our little groups here and there, but its no problem communicating with everyone else.
One good thing about being in a new class is, you can start afresh. Its easier to set new resolutions and like, try to treat others more nicely when you're with new company. But when you're with some people you already know, there will be like, stereotypes and stuff like that, so its like a sort of, restriction.
I'm the only dancer in my class, that makes me unique! Carrot and Mel C are in my class, so i still have some people to turn to when i feel lost. Wendy's in my class too! So far, the teachers have all commended my class for being one that's very "delightful and smart". Well, this year i'm really going yo work hard, especially for chinese and the humanties. There are chinese O's, so that's why im going to focus on Chinese this year.
For dance, we're performing for the chinese new year celebrations in school, which is the 8th Feb. On the 19th Feb, which is Mel Ng's b-day, we're performing in the chingay parade. Isn't that cool? We get lots of points.. but of course that's not the only thing that i look forward to. With Syf and everything, 2005 is going to be a very very heavy year... Just hope that i can cope with everything. But for the time being.
